为解决联合岛屿进攻作战能源超越保障效能评估中存在定性模糊和定量随机的问题,构建能源超越保障效能评估的云模型.论文建立能源超越保障效能的评估指标体系,结合云模型的相关概念,采用基于正态云算法模型的评估方法,对能源超越保障效能进行评估,并结合演训数据进行实践验证.实验结果表明,该方法能够更加直观反映能源超越保障效能,有效消减了模糊性和随机性对评估结果的影响,解决了评估过程中定性指标与定量指标之间的转换,该评估模型可靠有效.
Evaluation of Energy Beyond Support Efficiency Based on Cloud Model
To address the issues of qualitative ambiguity and quantitative randomness in the evaluation of energy beyond sup-port effectiveness in joint island offensive operations,a cloud model for energy beyond support effectiveness evaluation is construct-ed.This paper establishes an evaluation index system for energy beyond guarantee efficiency,combines with the relevant concepts of cloud models,and uses an evaluation method based on normal cloud algorithm models to evaluate energy beyond guarantee effi-ciency,and conducts practical verification with training data.The experimental results show that this method can more intuitively re-flect the energy exceeding guarantee efficiency,effectively reduce the influence of fuzziness and randomness on the evaluation re-sults,and solve the conversion between qualitative and quantitative indicators in the evaluation process.The evaluation model is re-liable and effective.
