摘要
某电子设备需安装于沿海、岛礁和高原等户外露天环境,其面临的高温、湿热、盐雾和低气压等复杂严酷的使用环境对电子设备机箱的结构设计提出了新的挑战.论文着重论述了该电子设备机箱的结构设计、散热设计和环境防护设计等方面的内容,并运用热分析软件对设备的散热性能进行了仿真,分析结果表明机箱热设计方案有效可行,能够满足高温、低气压环境适应性要求.该电子设备机箱的设计方法对类似户外产品的结构设计具有一定的参考意义.
Abstract
A certain electronic equipment needs to be installed in outdoor environments such as coastal areas,islands and pla-teaus.The complex and harsh usage environment,such as high temperature,humidity,salt spray,and low air pressure,poses new challenges to the structure design of this electronic equipment chassis.This article focuses on the structure design,heat dissipation design and environment protection design of the electronic equipment chassis,and uses thermal analysis software to simulate the de-vice's heat dissipation performance.The analysis results show that the chassis thermal design scheme is effective and feasible,and it can meet the requirements of high temperature and low pressure environments.The design method of this electronic equipment chas-sis has certain reference significance for the structural design of similar outdoor products.
