方舱式双动力供油泵站结构设计

为了提高供油泵站的可靠性和移动能力,将某型供油泵站采取高度集成化的方舱式设计,其供油泵采取双动力双泵的设计.该新型供油泵站方舱主要可用于为输油管线系统供油;也可作为移动泵站,在固定油库或移动油库中输转油料;通过优化设计使得该供油泵站方舱具备进口压力、出口压力、发动机转速、输送流量等参数仪表显示功能,具备故障监测、提示与报警、自动脱机或停泵功能,具备进口压力、出口压力、发动机转速、输送流量等参数自动监控功能,并通过三维模拟仿真、ANSYS有限元分析确保了该设计的可行性.
Structure Design of Cabin Dual Power Oil Supply Pump Station
In order to improve the reliability and mobility of oil supply pump station,a highly integrated shelter design is adopt-ed for a certain type of oil supply pump,and the design of the oil supply pump is double power and double pump.The shelter of the new oil supply pump station can be used to supply oil to the oil pipeline system.It can also be used as a mobile pumping station to transfer oil materials in fixed or mobile oil depots.Through optimization design,the bunker of the oil supply pump station has the function of import pressure,outlet pressure,engine speed,conveying flow rate and other parameter instrument display,fault monitor-ing,warning and alarm,automatic offline or pump stop function,and automatic monitoring function of import pressure,outlet pres-sure,engine speed,conveying flow rate and other parameters.The feasibility of the design is ensured by three-dimensional simula-tion and ANSYS finite element analysis.
