基于装备数字样机的数字化军检方法研究

摘要
数字样机技术是新时代背景下装备研制的重要手段,传统的军检模式已无法满足基于数字样机的装备研制体系对军检技术精准、高效、便捷等方面的要求.结合军代表质量监督和验收工作发展的需要,基于数字样机的装备研制体系,研究了在装备工程研制阶段开展数字化军检的流程和方法.结果表明:开展基于装备数字样机的数字化军检,能够使军代表的监督工作覆盖装备的整个生命周期,显著提升军代表对装备质量的管理和监督能力.
Abstract
Digital mock-up technology is an important means of equipment development in the new era.The traditional mili-tary inspection mode can no longer meet the requirements of the equipment development system based on the digital mock-up for the accuracy,efficiency and convenience of military inspection technology.Combined with the needs of the development of quality supervision and acceptance work of military representatives,this paper studies the process and method of digital military inspection in the equipment development system based on digital mock-up.The results show that carrying out digital military inspection based on equipment digital mock-up can make the supervision work of military representatives cover the whole life cycle of equipment,and significantly improve the supervision ability of military representatives on equipment quality.
