摘要
为了评估不正常航班恢复策略的可行性,从安全、效益、服务和正点四个方面,选取16个主要影响指标构建不正常航班恢复策略评价指标体系,运用CRITIC法和G1法分别计算各评价指标的主客观权重,再根据组合赋权法确定各指标的综合权重,并采用VIKOR法综合评估不正常航班恢复策略的质量.经过实例仿真验证,该方法可以有效评估不正常航班恢复策略,为不正常航班恢复策略评估提供一种科学合理的新思路,对航空公司决策具有参考意义.
Abstract
In order to assess the feasibility of the recovery strategy for irregular flights,a comprehensive evaluation index sys-tem is developed based on 16 key impact indicators,encompassing safety,benefit,service,and punctuality aspects.The CRITIC method and G1 method are employed to calculate both subjective and objective weights for each evaluation indicator.Subsequently,the combination weighting method is utilized to determine the overall weights of each indicator.The VIKOR method is applied to evaluate the effectiveness of recovery strategies for irregular flights.Simulation results demonstrate that this approach effectively evaluates irregular flight recovery strategies,offering a scientifically sound and rational framework for their assessment while provid-ing valuable insights for airline decision-making.
