摘要
针对矿井中煤体及围岩可能会涌出或在生产过程中产生有害气体等问题,基于LoRa设计了一种矿用有害气体检测系统.系统采用MH-441D甲烷气体传感器和ME3系列电化学气体传感器对矿井内的有害气体进行检测,并采用Lo-Ra无线通信模块进行数据传输,实现对矿井环境的远距离监测.经过实验测试,终端与网关距离300 m以内时,通信的成功率可达90%以上,浓度检测误差最高为4.25%.系统具有传输距离远、准确度高、反应速度快、可靠性强等优点.
Abstract
In response to the issues of potential emission of hazardous gases from coal and surrounding rocks in mines,as well as their generation during the production process,presents a LoRa-based design for a mining hazardous gas detection system.The system utilizes the MH-441D methane gas sensor and ME3 series electrochemical gas sensors to detect hazardous gases within the mine.It employs a LoRa wireless communication module for data transmission,enabling remote monitoring of the mine environment.Through experimental testing,it is observed that when the distance between the terminal and the gateway is within 300 m,the com-munication success rate exceeds 90%,and the maximum concentration detection error is 4.25%.The system offers advantages such as long transmission distance,high accuracy,fast response time,and strong reliability.
