The comprehensive support work of missile weapons and equipment has a significant impact on the overall combat capability and support winning ability of our army.This article summarizes the current situation of after-sales service for missile weapons and equipment,and analyzes the problems faced by the current comprehensive support of weapons.The focus is on typical missile after-sales task scenarios such as maintenance support,equipment development,spare parts and training management.It proposes corresponding typical after-sales task development models and workflow and conducts research and analysis on task effi-ciency improvement measures such as standardization,generalization,informatization,electronicization and flexible management.
