A multi-channel analog signal source card based on FPGA is designed to address the two issues of long switching time of channel and the complexity of conditioning circuit, while also improving the accuracy of the analog signal source.FPGA is the primary control chip of the source card, and PCI9054 serves as a bridge to accomplish the following two objectives:the upper computer dispatches commands, and the hardware circuit links up with the upper computer. In addition,8 pieces of 4-channel DA conversion chip AD5504 is used for digital-to-analog conversion. The source card contains 32 output channels, each of which out-puts 0~28 V adjustable analog voltage signals, and the waveform and duty ratio are adjustable.Experiments conducted repeatedly have enabled the information source card to generate the analog voltage demanded by the test system, with an error of less than 0.2%of the entire scale, and the power of each channel kept within 0.4 W.This output analog voltage signal has a high degree of stability and fulfills the design criteria.
