自动调平机构对于卫勤方舱的展收及运用具有重要作用,开展自动调平机构有限元仿真研究,总结关键技术及设计相应原理样机,可以有效降低方舱展收过程的工作强度,缩短方舱从扩展到投入使用的准备时间,既满足我军当前战伤救治的需求,又能兼顾公共卫生应急救援体系.论文利用SOLIDWORKS创建与自动调平机构完全相关和完全约束的自动调平机构支撑腿三维实体模型,运用ANSYS软件对自动调平机构支撑腿进行了静力学仿真分析验证,为原理样机的设计提供数据支撑.
Finite Element Simulation Analysis of Automatic Leveling Mechanism in Medical Shelter
The automatic leveling mechanism plays an important role in the deployment and application of the medical shelter.To carry out the finite element simulation research of the automatic leveling mechanism,summarizing the key technologies and de-signing the corresponding principle prototype can effectively reduce the work intensity of the shelter deployment and shorten the preparation time from expansion to use,which not only meets the current needs of our army for war injury treatment,but also takes into account the public health emergency rescue system.In this paper,SOLIDWORKS is used to create a three-dimensional solid model of the support leg of the automatic leveling mechanism,which is completely related to and constrained by the automatic level-ing mechanism,and ANSYS software is used to analyze and verify the static simulation of the support leg of the automatic leveling mechanism,providing data support for the design of the principle prototype.
