论文根据防空预警装备体系结构及其作战任务特点,阐述了防空预警装备体系作战效能评估的概念和指标体系构建流程,建立了基于侦察预警能力、战场生存能力、指挥控制能力和综合保障能力的防空预警装备体系作战效能评估指标体系.在评估指标赋权方法上,针对序关系分析法(G1)主观随意性大的缺陷,运用改进的标准间冲突性相关性(CRITIC)赋权法对防空预警装备体系作战效能评估指标进行客观赋权,运用乘法合成归一法得到组合权重,通过实例验证了该方法的可行性.
Index Weighting Method for Evaluating Operational Effectiveness of Air Defense Early Warning Equipment System Based on G1-CRITIC
This article elaborates on the concept and index system construction process of operational effectiveness evaluation for air defense early warning equipment system based on its architecture and combat mission characteristics.It establishes an opera-tional effectiveness evaluation index system for air defense early warning equipment system based on reconnaissance and early warn-ing capabilities,battlefield survival capabilities,command and control capabilities,and comprehensive support capabilities.In terms of the evaluation index weighting method,in response to the subjective randomness of the order relationship analysis method(G1),an improved CRITIC weighting method is used to objectively weight the operational effectiveness evaluation indexes of the air defense early warning equipment system.The combined weights are obtained using the multiplication synthesis normalization meth-od,and the feasibility of this method is verified through examples.
