An Intelligent Monitoring System for Low-power Storage and Transport in a National Production Environment
The rapid development of the logistics industry has led to an increased focus on the localisation and low-power de-sign of storage and transportation environment monitoring systems.These systems have the potential to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.This study presents a fully localised low-power storage and transportation environment monitoring system based on the GD32 microcontroller.The system's endurance is significantly improved through the implementation of an intelligent wake-up mechanism and a low-power consumption strategy.The system comprises an environment detector,a handheld data collector and a user management software,and is capable of real-time monitoring and recording environmental parameters such as temperature,hu-midity and pressure inside the storage and transport container.Simulation results demonstrate that the system achieves a high stan-dard of parameter accuracy of±0.14℃,±0.55%RH,±0.37 hPa,and has an endurance of up to one year,thus demonstrating excel-lent performance.Furthermore,the system possesses the capacity for data storage management and parameter curve drawing,there-by offering an efficacious and dependable monitoring solution for the logistics industry and a multitude of prospective applications.
