Research on the Application of Interaction Design of Digital Health Product Based on the Fogg Behavior Model
This study explores the application of the Fogg Behavior Model in the interaction design of digital health products and conducts design practices to help users develop healthy habits when using mobile phones. The study uses the Fogg Behavior Model to construct a multi-level interaction design architecture for digital health products to guide the design practices.Firstly, the study investigates the current status of digital health products and identifies deficiencies in interaction design.Based on this, the study summarizes the interaction design architecture for digital health products using the three elements of motivation, ability, and trigger in the Fogg Behavior Model. Finally, the study uses this architecture to guide design practices and form design solutions. The study finds that the Fogg Behavior Model provides a theoretical foundation for behavior management, which can be applied to the interaction design of digital health products.Through intervention in user behavior management from the three dimensions of motivation, ability, and trigger, the use of digital health products can be improved, and users can balance the relationship between humans and machines.
