Design of Remote Rural Medical Mobile Station Based on Service Design Thinking
The study aims to provide new ideas and methods for the design of rural diagnosis and treatment transportation in China to improve the efficiency of regular mobile diagnosis and treatment in remote rural areas and optimize the diagnosis and treatment experience of medical teams and rural patients.Using design research tools, the paper analyzes the current situation of diagnosis and treatment in remote rural areas of China, and identifies pain points in rural population consultation and grassroots medical work.It proposes the use of service design tools to build a service system, clarifying the relationships between various stakeholders in the diagnosis and treatment scenario, planning service process and system diagrams, and defining product terminal functions. The design of three major modules are completed, including body structure innovation, guidance, consultation, surface surgery, and emergency treatment vehicles,as well as the optimization of interior functions.Designing specialized transportation vehicles based on service design thinking can effectively identify the relevant needs of different users, accurately define product functions, and guide design practice.
