摘要
行业特色"双一流"大学的数字艺术人才培养不同于专门艺术院校和综合性大学,应立足学校所属行业与优势学科,形成独具特色的人才培养模式.南京信息工程大学艺术学院在数字艺术人才培养过程中,为了应对专业特性对数字人才培养体系的挑战、行业产业形态需求对数字艺术人才知识能力的挑战,坚持立德树人,遵循"学科融合""行业导向""三创并举"理念,探索具有气象行业特色和国际视野的"三维一体,多元并举"人才培养模式新路径.
Abstract
Different from art colleges and comprehensive universities,the cultivation of digital art talents in"double first-class"universities with industry characteristics should be based on the industry and advantageous disciplines of the school,and a unique talent training model should be constructed.In order to cope with the challenges of forming professional characteristics in the digital talent training system,the challenges of industry demand,and the challenges of industrial form to the quality and ability of digital art talents,Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology adheres to the concept of"discipline integration","industry orientation"and"simultaneous development of three innovations",and explores the construction of a"three-dimensional integration,multiple simultaneous development"talent training model with meteorological industry characteristics and international vision.
