Analysis of Cultural and Creative Design Thinking in Contemporary Chinese Art:Taking Xu Bing's Works as an Example
The experimental,conceptual,nationalistic,and avant-garde characteristics presented in contemporary Chinese art,as well as the design thinking contained therein,are worth learning from in cultural and creative design.Through the method of case analysis,this study aims to deeply analyze the typical characteristics of Xu Bing,a representative figure of contemporary Chinese art,such as the typicality of ethnic elements,the ingenuity of symbol reconstruction,the diversity of media materials,and the extensibility of creative systems.Based on this,the paper explores and extracts precise interpretations of traditional culture,clever grafting across time and space,comprehensive expression of diverse media,and the extension space of long-term design,in order to stimulate the more comprehensive expression ability of cultural and creative design,enrich the diverse paths of traditional cultural inheritance,innovation,and development.
