为了科学地识别用户需求的类型、精确地得到用户需求的优先级排序、客观地评估设计方案,从而提高用户对产品的满意度,建立一种面向女性的智能毛巾架产品开发模型.通过将KANO模型与AHP法引入INPD产品开发程序来开展一项实证研究.先依据KANO模型对用户的需求属性进行详细分类,再采用AHP法对各属性的需求权重进行评定,并根据这些需求权重的排序结果提出设计构想,建立完整性与科学性高的女性智能毛巾架用户需求框架,完成合理、人性化和具有创新性的最佳设计方案.基于KANO模型与AHP法融入INPD的产品创新设计程序,解决女性吹发过程繁琐的问题,开发出更符合女性需求的智能毛巾架产品,为同类产品的创新设计提供新的研究思路.
On the Innovative Design of Intelligent Towel Rack for Female Consumers Based on INPD
In order to scientifically identify the types of user needs,accurately obtain the priority ranking of user needs,and objectively evaluate the design solutions,so as to improve user satisfaction with the product,an intelligent towel rack development model for women is established.An empirical study is conducted by introducing the KANO model and AHP method into the INPD product development process.Firstly,the KANO model is used to classify the user's demand attributes in detail.Then the AHP method is used to evaluate the demand weights of each attribute.Finally,the design concept is proposed based on the results of the ranking of these demand weights,and the user demand framework of female intelligent towel racks with high completeness and scientificity is established to complete the optimal design solution that is reasonable,humane and innovative.The product innovation design procedure based on KANO model and AHP method integrated into INPD solves the problem of cumbersome blow-drying process for women,develops intelligent towel racks that are more in line with women's needs,and provides new research ideas for the innovative design of similar products.
