摘要
通过对情境理论的发展进行了系统化梳理,同时通过实地观察、深度访谈、桌面调研等方法分析归纳出目前我国智慧社区养老服务的现状及问题;结合情境理论介入社区养老中的优势和可行性,构建了智慧社区养老的EDSPS情境模型,即环境(Environment)、设备(Device)、服务(Service)、人物(People)和社交(Social)五类情境信息.并运用情境观察、用户访谈等方法对用户的服务需求进行调研和总结;最后,基于EDSPS情境模型提出智慧社区养老服务的设计策略.
Abstract
Firstly,This study begins with a systematic review of the development of contextual theory.Through methods such as field observations,in-depth interviews,and desktop research,the current status and problems of smart community elderly care services in China were analyzed and summarized.Secondly,combining the advantages and feasibility of contextual theory in community elderly care,the EDSPS contextual framework for smart community elderly care was constructed.This framework includes five categories of contextual information:Environment,Device,Service,People,and Social.Research and summary of user service needs were conducted through contextual observation,user interviews,and other methods.Finally,based on the EDSPS contextual framework,design strategies for smart community elderly care services were proposed.
