Study on the Morphological Intermingling Relationship between Yi Scripts and Chinese Characters
Chinese characters and Yi scripts are the ideographic writing systems still in use in the world,and their primitive glyphs have preserved a wealth of historical and cultural information,serving as the living fossils of human culture.Both Chinese characters and Yi script are composed of different glyphs in a square grid,and there is a certain connection between them in terms of glyphs.Therefore,in this paper,we discuss the relationship between Chinese characters and Yi characters in terms of their origins,glyphs,and methods of character formation in the light of the documentary records of Chinese characters and Yi characters,and the six books of the law of character formation,and we believe that the connection between Chinese characters and Yi characters in terms of glyphs reflects their common characteristics as symbols of human language and the importance of cultural inheritance,which not only helps us to better understand the richness and diversity of human language,but also provides new perspectives and methods for the study of cross-cultural communication and language and writing.
