摘要

芬兰作为世界教育领域的典范国家,十分注重儿童青少年教育、身心健康等方面的福利.文章对芬兰心理健康服务发展历程与政策进行了梳理,概括了芬兰儿童青少年心理健康问题主要类型及表现,重点介绍了芬兰学校及社会的心理健康服务举措,以及信息化手段在心理健康服务中发挥的作用.总的来说,芬兰学校、社会、家庭等各方众擎易举,为儿童青少年构建了心理健康服务的全阶段全覆盖安全网络,以保障儿童青少年健康成长、社会平稳运行.

Abstract

Finland,as a model country in the field of education in the world,attaches great importance to the welfare of children and adolescents'education,physical and mental health and other aspects.This paper reviews the development history and policies of mental health services in Finland,summarizes the main types and manifestations of mental health problems in children and adolescents in Finland,and focuses on the mental health services in schools and society in Finland.In addition,this paper also introduces the role of information technology in mental health services and summarizes the characteristics of mental health services in Finland.In short,schools,society,families and other parties in Finland make efforts to build a safety network of mental health services for children and adolescents at all stages and with full coverage,so as to ensure the healthy growth of children and adolescents and the smooth operation of society.
