摘要

以色列的历史文化特性和地缘政治环境使得政府高度重视儿童青少年心理健康问题.文章在概括以色列儿童青少年心理健康现状和梳理以色列教育系统心理健康服务历史沿革的基础上,重点论述了以色列教育和社会服务系统提供的针对性心理健康服务,以及对家庭的指导与医疗系统提供的相应服务.此外,信息化手段在以色列儿童青少年心理健康服务中得到广泛应用.总体而言,以色列通过教育、医疗、社会、家庭全方位覆盖的预防和干预服务,为儿童青少年的心理健康筑起了防护墙,为世界贡献了来自以色列的独特经验.

Abstract

Israel's historical and cultural characteristics and geopolitical environment have led the government to place a high priority on the mental health of children and adolescents.On the basis of summarizing the current state of child and adolescent mental health in Israel and reviewing the history of mental health services in the Israeli educational system,this article turns to focus on discussing the targeted mental health services provided by the Israeli educational and social service systems,the guidance provided to families,and briefly summarizes the corresponding services provided by the healthcare system.In addition,information technology is widely used in mental health services for children and adolescents in Israel.Overall,Israel has built a protective wall for the mental health of children and adolescents through a comprehensive range of preventive and intervention services in education,health care,social services,and the family,contributing Israel's unique experience to the world.
