家校协同已经成为教育改革的显性命题,美国中小学在家校社协同育人模式具有启示意义.其核心要素和运行机制包括法律法规的支撑、专业机构的引领、社会组织的活跃参与以及学校的枢纽作用等.美国经验显示,家校社协同育人需要政府的积极推动、家庭的主动参与和社会资源的充分整合,以形成多方共育的良好环境.对我国而言,要深化家校社协同育人模式,需要强化顶层设计,完善相关法律法规,确保家校社协同育人的制度化和规范化;鼓励和支持社会组织的发展,促进家长、社区与学校的有效互动;学校应发挥核心作用,建立开放、互动的育人环境,连接家庭与社区资源,共同推进学生的全面发展.借鉴美国的成功经验和策略,需要结合我国的国情,逐步构建并完善更为有效的家校社协同育人模式,促进我国基础教育质量的全面提升.
The Family-School-Community Collaborative Education Model in American Primary and Secondary Schools and Its Implications
Home-school-community collaboration has become an explicit proposition in education reform,and this model in American primary and secondary schools has enlightening significance.This article summarizes the core elements and operating mechanisms of collaborative education in American schools,including the support of laws and regulations,the guidance of professional institutions,the active participation of social organizations,and the pivotal role of schools.The experience in the United States shows that collaborative education between families,schools,and communities requires active promotion from the government,active participation from families,and full integration of social resources to form a favorable environment for multi-party education.For our country,in order to deepen the collaborative education model between families,schools,and communities,it is necessary to strengthen top-level design,improve relevant laws and regulations,and ensure the institutionalization and standardization of collaborative education between families,schools,and communities;Encourage and support the development of social organizations,promote effective interaction between parents,communities,and schools;Schools should play a core role,establish an open and interactive educational environment,connect family and community resources,and jointly promote the comprehensive development of students.Drawing on the successful experience and strategies of the United States is necessary to combine with China's national conditions,in order to gradually construct a more effective family school community collaborative education model,and to promote the comprehensive improvement in the quality of basic education in China.
