摘要

以ChatGPT为代表的人工智能(AI)的推出及广泛应用对教师构成了严峻挑战,教师迫切需要深入思考和重新探索自身的专业价值及核心要义.教师专业的核心要义是教师专业最为重要、基础、核心的内容,借助教师专业结构理论,体现在认知、情感、信念、行为四个方面,分别是贯彻教育目的、坚持以人为本、坚守教育信仰与人机交融共生.ChatGPT时代教师专业的实践向度,应充分将核心要义应用于教育教学实践,综合应用知情意行等方面的专业能力,以德育德、以情动情、以志励志、以行导行.教师专业发展要聚焦核心要义,对标实践向度,提升更深层次的专业素养,实现其专业的时代价值,既当好"经师",又当好"人师".

Abstract

The emergence and widespread application of artificial intelligence,represented by ChatGPT,poses a significant challenge to teachers.Teachers urgently need to reflect and explore their professional value and core principles.The core principles of teaching profession,as reflected in cognitive,emotional,belief,and behavioral aspects through the Teacher Professional Structure Theory,are crucial,foundational,and essential.These principles involve embodying educational purposes,prioritizing human-centeredness,adhering to educational beliefs,and promoting human-machine symbiosis.In the era of ChatGPT,teachers'professional practice should fully apply these core principles to educational teaching,integrating professional competencies in knowledge,understanding,intention,and action,fostering moral character,evoking emotions,inspiring aspirations,and guiding behavior.Teachers'professional development should focus on core principles,align with practical dimensions,enhance deeper levels of professional competence,and realize their professional value in the digital age,being not only"knowledge guides"but also"mentors of character".
