The Characteristics and Practice of the Compulsory Education Reform in the Context of"Double Reduction":Based on the Study of Practice of"Reducing Burden"in Beijing Shunyi District
It has always been the objective of the compulsory education stage to reduce the excessive burden on students and improve the quality of teaching in an all-round way.Since the foundation of the People's Republic of China,our country has issued a series of educational burden-reducing policies,and experienced the beginning period marked by the first educational burden-reducing policy issued by the Ministry of education,"Instruction on lightening the excessive burden of primary and secondary school students",to the goal of the curriculum reform into the goal of the common implementation of the development period,and then to establish the problem of burden reduction as a social issue,to advocate the coordinated efforts of all sectors,all-round education to reduce the burden of the new period of three stages.The"Double reduction"is a major educational reform of the CPC Central Committee based on the great cause of the rejuvenation and the all-round development of the students in China.The"Double reduction"policy not only pays attention to class hours,homework,examinations and other issues,but also emphasizes the source of governance,systemic governance,comprehensive governance.Based on analyzing of the general situation and characteristics of the implementation of the"Double reduction"policy in Beijing after its promulgation,the paper introduces the main role of Shunyi District in focusing on the role of schools in moral education,including the improvement of classroom teaching quality,the improvement of quality and efficiency of after-school services,the in-depth research on topics,and the transformation of research results,effective implementation of the"Double reduction"policy,the implementation of the original mission of the practice of moral exploration.
