Digital Teaching Materials in UK:The Development Process,Characteristics,and Practical Approaches
With the transformation and development of global education digitization,digital digital teaching materials have become the core elements of digital education resource construction in the intelligent era.After years of development,the construction of digital textbooks for basic education in the UK has gradually formed four types of digital textbooks:computer-assisted teaching materials,weakly interactive multimedia digital materials,integrated digital materials for computer-supported collaborative learning,and intelligent digital materials that achieve adaptive teaching and learning.The UK has explored a development path of"market operation+government support"through a series of governance measures such as consolidating the digital foundation through global coordination,legislating to protect and improve digital copyright,leading the development of digital textbooks in the market,assisting in the evaluation and procurement of digital textbooks through diversified participation,and enhancing the application capabilities of digital teaching through teacher construction.The practical experience of the UK highlights the pioneering and innovative nature of digital textbook construction,which not only marks its successful transformation in the field of educational digitization,but also presents a development template for the world to learn from.
