Research on the Leadership of Master Teacher Studio Facilitators:Implication of Value,Components and Enhancement Paths
As a new type of learning community,master teacher studio is an effective model for teachers'professional growth,in which the study of leadership of master teacher studio facilitators is an important topic in the context of the new era.Based on Sergiovanni's theoretical framework of principal leadership,the study examines the development requirements of master teacher studios and their practice content in the context of the new era,and finds that the leadership of the master teacher studio facilitator should cover technical leadership,interpersonal leadership,educational leadership,symbolic leadership,cultural leadership,scientific research leadership,and leadership of the professional community.Enhancing the leadership of master teacher studio facilitators is conducive to modeling leadership,promoting teachers'professional development,accelerating educational scientific research,and promoting compulsory education reform.In specific work practice,the leadership of master teacher studio hosts can be realized by stimulating endogenous motivation,accelerating community construction,deepening thematic training,and improving the management system.
