在经济社会快速发展的当下,诸多社会现象与个体经历表明,面对复杂多变的社会环境及挑战时,个人的心理韧性与逆境应对能力极为关键.因此,挫折教育理念逐渐得到推广,其重要性日益凸显.美国是世界上实施挫折教育最早的国家之一,具有丰富的实践经验.为了更有效地推广和落实挫折教育,美国制定了一系列针对性强、操作性高的相关政策与实践方案,如政府支持并颁布法案推动挫折教育正式纳入学校课程体系、加强对学生心理韧性的综合训练、开展挫折教育主题的课外教育项目与活动以及重视对教师抗挫力和心理韧性的培养.在政府政策的引导下,各地学校、家庭和社会各界积极参与,形成多元化配合格局,共同推动挫折教育的深入开展,并取得了显著成效.
Frustration Education in the United States:Connotation,Policy and Practice
With the rapid development of the economy and society,more and more social phenomena and individual experiences reveal that,when faced with complex and changing social environments and challenges,an individual's psychological resilience and ability to cope with adversity are particularly important.In this context,the concept of frustration education has gradually gained wide recognition and its importance is becoming more and more prominent.The United States is one of the earliest countries in the world to implement frustration education and has rich practical experience.In order to promote and implement frustration education more effectively,America has formulated a series of targeted and highly operational policies and practical programs,such as government support and the enactment of legislation to promote the formal incorporation of frustration education into school curricula,the strengthening of comprehensive training for students'mental toughness,the development of extracurricular education projects and activities on the theme of frustration education,and the emphasis on the cultivation of teachers'resilience and mental toughness.Under the guidance of government policy,schools,families and all sectors of society have been actively involved,forming a diversified pattern of cooperation and jointly promoting the in-depth development of frustration education,and achieving remarkable results.
