大尺寸LCD玻璃基板多视觉缺陷检测系统研究

随着大尺寸LCD的需求日益增长,其质量检测问题越来越得到业界的关注.针对大尺寸LCD玻璃基板表面缺陷检测问题,研发了一种基于线扫描成像的多视觉检测系统.根据该系统的成像特点设计了图像处理方案,通过对成像系统所获得的LCD基板图像进行离散余弦变换,K均值聚类等计算进行缺陷和非缺陷区域的区分,从而实现对缺陷区域的标记.实验表明,该方法原理简单,计算速度快,能够满足生产线实时检测的要求.
Multi-visual Detect System for Large-size LCD Glass Substrate
With the growing demand of Large-size LCD,quality inspection of Large-size LCD glass substrate has drawn more and more attention.We have developed a line scan imaging based Large-size LCD glass substrate multi-vision detection system to solve the problem of its quality inspection.Based on the system,we have designed the image processing algorithm which we first compute the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and then distinguish defect from non-defect of the sub-windows by K-means cluster.Experiments show that our system is simple,fast in calculation and can meet the requirement of real-time detection of production line.
