计及多场景因素的钢铁企业多介质能源计划优化研究

钢铁企业的生产运行受能源制约,制定能源计划是钢铁企业实现降低生产成本和节能降耗的重要途径.煤气、蒸汽、电力是钢铁生产能源系统中的主要能源.针对多能源介质间存在的多约束、强耦合、非线性的特点和分时电价、检修减产的不同场景因素,以生产成本最低为目标函数,建立了针对钢铁生产能源系统的耦合优化模型,并提出了一种改进差分变异烟花算法(improved differential mutation fireworks algorithm,IDM-FWA).根据钢铁企业的实际运行数据进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明,基于 IDM-FWA 得到的日内24 h能源计划能够在保证产量不变的同时降低生产成本,实现节能降耗.
Research on Optimization of Multi-medium Energy Plan of Iron and Steel Enterprises Considering Multi-scene Factors
The production and operation of iron and steel enterprises are subject to constraints on energy.Formulating energy plan is an important way for iron and steel enterprises to reduce production costs,save energy and reduce consumption.Gas,steam,and electricity are the main energy sources in energy system of iron and steel production.Considering the characteristics of multiple constraints,strong coupling and nonlinear among various energy media,and different scene factors such as time-of-use electricity price,maintenance and production reduction,a coupling optimization model for energy system of iron and steel production is established by taking the lowest production cost as the objective function.Then,an improved differential mutation fireworks algorithm(IDM-FWA)is proposed.Based on the actual operation data of iron and steel enterprises,the simulation results show that the daily 24 h energy plan based on IDM-FWA can reduce production costs and achieve energy saving and consumption reduction while maintaining the same output.
