Cycle Life Distribution Fitting of Lithium Batteries Based on Interval Truncated Aging Data
The life test can record the life degradation of lithium batteries, and there is no precise remaining useful life data to fit the life distribution to different end life standards. Therefore, based on the experimental data of long-term cycle aging of lithium batteries,Weibull distribution, logarithmic normal distribution and inverse Gaussian distribution are used to fit the cycle life of lithium batteries, and the influence of different distribution models on the average life and confidence intervals of lithium batteries is studied. Finally, the simulation experiment is carried out by using the cyclic aging data of interval truncation and the whole domain. The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately fit the cycle life of lithium batteries by using the interval truncated data, and the fitting accuracy based on the interval truncated data is comparable to that based on the whole domain data.
