健脾平喘膏治疗1例原发性纤毛不动综合征报告并文献复习

摘要
原发性纤毛不动综合征,又名原发性纤毛运动障碍,是一种发生率极低的遗传性疾病,影响生活质量,多从幼年期发病,患儿表现为反复的呼吸道感染,容易诊断为简单的呼吸道疾病.目前临床只能对症治疗,运用抗生素、支气管舒张剂等抗感染、止咳平喘.课题组加用健脾平喘膏治疗 1 例,患者症状明显好转,记录该病例,希望从中获得参考.
Abstract
Primary ciliary dyskinesia is a genetic disease with a very low incidence and affects the patients'quality of life.It mostly occurs from the childhood and is often misdiagnosed as common respiratory diseases since the diseased children present repeated respiratory infections.Symptomatic treatment is often adopted to treat this disease in clinical practice.Specifically,antibiotics are often used to treat infections,and bronchodilators to alleviate cough and asthma.On the basis of conventional treatment,we treated a case of primary ciliary dyskinesia with Jianpi Pingchuan Ointment,which obviously relieved the symptoms.Here we reported this case,aiming to provide a reference.
