同伴互助学习法在针推专业学生骨伤影像学实训教学中的应用
Application of Peer-Assisted Learning in the Practical Training of Orthopedic Imaging for Undergraduates Majoring in Acupuncture and Massage

摘要
目的 探讨同伴互助学习法在骨伤影像学实训教学中的应用效果.方法 将 79 名 21 级针灸推拿专业医学生分为实验组(40 例)和对照组(39 例).实验组与 40 名 21 级影像专业医学生组成同伴互助小组进行实训教学;对照组采用传统教学模式.研究结束后比较两组学生的理论成绩和各维度水平得分,并对实验组学生进行问卷调查.结果 实验组学生的理论成绩为(84.33±3.52)分,对照组学生为(78.54±4.82)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).问卷调查结果表明,同伴互助学习法能有效提高学生的自主学习能力和团队合作能力.结论 同伴互助学习法适用于骨伤影像学的实训教学,有效激发非影像专业医学生的学习兴趣,提高其自主学习能力和团队合作能力.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application performance of peer-assisted learning in the practical training of orthopedic imaging for undergraduates.Methods Seventy-nine undergraduates enrolled in 2021 and majoring in acupuncture and massage were assigned into an experimental group(n=40)and a control group(n=39).For the undergraduates in the experimental group,a peer-assisted learning group was established for practical training,and the control group was taught in the conventional mode.The examination scores and the scores of each dimension of the undergraduates were compared between the two groups at the end of the study.In addition,a questionnaire survey was conducted for the experimental group.Results The examination scores of the experimental group and the control group were(84.33±3.52)and(78.54±4.82),respectively,which showed a significant difference(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the peer-assisted learning method can effectively improve students'independent learning ability and teamwork ability.Conclusion The peer-assisted learning method is applicable to the practical training of orthopedic imaging.It can stimulate the enthusiasm of the undergraduates not majoring in medicine imaging for learning and improve their independent learning ability and teamwork ability.
