基于肠道菌群紊乱探讨中医药干预功能性消化不良的研究进展

摘要
功能性消化不良(FD)是临床中常见的功能性胃肠病之一,但病理机制尚未完全阐明,胃肠动力障碍、胃肠黏膜完整性受损、脑肠轴功能异常等多因素均报道与其发病相关.近年来研究表明肠道菌群紊乱在FD发病中起重要作用,是目前的研究热点.中医药作用具有多层次、多途径、多靶点的特点,中药活性成分或单体、经典复方以及经验效方通过调节肠道菌群紊乱治疗FD有一定的效果.本文综述了近年来中药通过调节肠道菌群治疗FD的疗效及可能的作用机制,为未来进一步研究治疗FD提供参考.
Abstract
Functional dyspepsia(FD)is one of the common functional gastrointestinal diseases in clinical practice,while its pathological mechanism has not been fully elucidated.Multiple factors such as abnormal gastrointestinal motility,impaired integrity of gastrointestinal mucosa,and brain-gut axis dysfunction have been reported to be associated with the pathogenesis of FD.Recent studies have shown that gut microbiome(GM)disturbance play a role in the pathogenesis of FD,which is currently the focus of research.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)acts in a multi-level,multi-pathway,and multi-target manner.Studies have shown that the active ingredients of Chinese medicinal materials and Chinese medicinal prescriptions are effective in treating FD by regulating GM disturbance.This paper reviews the research progress in the therapeutic effect and possible mechanism of TCM in treating FD by regulating GM,aiming to shed light on the future treatment of FD.
