补肾活血汤治疗膝骨关节炎的作用机制研究进展

摘要
补肾活血汤是治疗膝骨关节炎的临床常用方剂,对膝骨关节炎的疗效确切且不良反应少.近年来,针对补肾活血汤治疗膝骨关节炎的分子机制的研究成为热点,很多学者的研究显示补肾活血汤可以通过调控炎症因子、促进软骨细胞增殖分化及抑制软骨基质降解等途径发挥作用.文章筛选了近年来的相关文献,对补肾活血汤治疗膝骨关节炎机制的研究进展做一综述.
Abstract
Bushen Huoxue Decoction,a commonly used prescription for treating knee osteoarthritis,has a definite therapeutic effect and induces few adverse reactions.In recent years,increasing researchers have conducted studies to decipher the molecular mechanism of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis.Studies have shown that Bushen Huoxue Decoction can regulate pro-/anti-inflammatory cytokines,promote chondrocyte proliferation and differentiation,and inhibit cartilage matrix degradation.We reviewed the relevant articles published in recent years and probed into the research progress in the mechanism of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis.
