神阙穴穴位贴敷治疗脑卒中后便秘的研究进展

摘要
脑卒中后便秘是卒中发生后的常见胃肠道并发症之一,长期便秘会导致患者出现烦躁、抑郁等心理障碍,甚至引起结直肠癌等疾病,严重影响脑卒中患者的身心健康,不利于患者康复与治疗.神阙穴作为临床治疗胃肠道疾病的常用穴,广泛应用于便秘等疾病的治疗当中.中医穴位贴敷为中医外治常用治疗方法之一,较西医疗法更为安全,副作用更小,并可联合推拿及耳穴治疗,提高治疗效果.本文通过检索知网近五年文献,从脑卒中后便秘的机制、神阙穴的选穴、穴位贴敷治疗及联合疗法等方面做一综述,从而为临床应用神阙穴穴位贴敷治疗脑卒中后便秘提供参考.
Abstract
Constipation is one of the common gastrointestinal complications after stroke.Long-term constipation will lead to irritability,depression and other psychological disorders and even cause colorectal cancer,seriously affecting the physical and mental health and the rehabilitation of stroke patients.Shenque(CV8)is commonly used in the clinical treatment of gastrointestinal diseases including constipation.Acupoint application in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is one of the commonly used external treatment methods of TCM.It is safer than Western medical therapy and has fewer side effects.Moreover,it can be combined with massage and auricular point treatment to improve the treatment effect.We retrieved the relevant articles from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)in the last five years and expounded the mechanism of post-stroke constipation,the selection of Shenque(CV8),acupoint application,and combined therapy,aiming to provide reference for the treatment of post-stroke constipation by acupoint application at Shenque(CV8).
