基于《辅行诀》所载"汤液经法图"探究乌头汤治疗膝骨关节炎的组方思想

摘要
《素问·脏气法时论》里面提到了人与天地四时之间的对应关系,并进一步论述了二十四节气对人体疾病发展变化的影响及选药组方思想.而随着《辅行诀》的问世,这一组方思想在"汤液经法图"中被充分展现.本文在综合分析《黄帝内经》与《辅行诀》内容的基础上,运用"五运六气"理论分析膝关节骨性关节炎(膝骨关节炎)的产生、发展及预后,并且从"汤液经法图"的角度分析乌头汤治疗膝骨关节炎的组方思想,以期为中医临床辨证及选药组方提供一定的理论依据和文献支撑.
Abstract
The Chapter Discussion on the Association of the Zang-Qi with the Four Seasons in the Plain Questions(Su Wen)mentions the relationship between human and the four seasons and discusses the influences of the 24 solar terms on the development and changes of human diseases and the compatibility principles of prescriptions.The book Fu Xing Jue fully embodies the compatibility principles in the Tang-Ye-Jing-Fa map.According to the Huangdi's Internal Classic(Huang Di Nei Jing)and Fu Xing Jue,this paper analyzed the generation,development,and prognosis of knee osteoarthritis from the theory of five circuits and six qi.Furthermore,this paper analyzed the compatibility principle of Wutou Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis from the Tang-Ye-Jing-Fa map,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the syndrome differentiation in clinical practice and the compatibility of prescriptions.
