毫火针联合综合康复疗法对中风后偏瘫患者(阴虚风动型)肢体功能和生活质量的影响

摘要
目的 探讨毫火针联合综合康复疗法对改善阴虚风动型中风后偏瘫患者肢体功能、生活质量的作用.方法 抽取我院 2021 年 1 月至 2021 年 12 月收治的阴虚风动型中风后偏瘫患者80 例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各 40 例,对照组行综合康复疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用毫火针治疗,观察两组症状、肢体功能、生活质量变化情况,并比较两组治疗效果.结果 1)观察组治疗 6 个月后症状总评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);2)观察组治疗6个月后FMA评分高于对照组(P＜0.01);3)观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05);4)观察组治疗 6 个月后QOLISP量表评分高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 针对阴虚风动型中风后偏瘫患者,予以综合康复疗法联合毫火针治疗,可有效减轻临床症状,促进肢体功能恢复,提高治疗效果,改善患者生活质量,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective This study aims to explore the effect of filiform needles combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on improving limb function and quality of life of hemiplegic patients with yin deficiency and wind movement after stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia due to yin deficiency and wind movement admitted to Juye Dayuan Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received comprehensive rehabilitation therapy,while the experimental group received filiform needle therapy based on the control group.The changes in symptoms,limb function,and quality of life of the two groups were observed,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results 1)After six months of treatment,the total symptom score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);2)after six months of treatment,the FMA score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01);3)the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);4)after six months of treatment,the QOLISP scale score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion For patients with hemiplegia after stroke due to yin deficiency and wind movement,comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combined with filiform needle therapy can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,promote limb function recovery,enhance treatment effectiveness,and improve patients'quality of life,which is worth promoting.
