归王散烫熨联合颈椎保健操治疗神经根型颈椎病(风寒湿痹型)的应用研究

摘要
目的 研究归王散烫熨联合颈椎保健操治疗神经根型颈椎病(CSR)(风寒湿痹型)的效果.方法 选取2021年10月—2023年6月海南省海口市中医医院收治的100例CSR(风寒湿痹型)患者,采用随机数表法将患者分为归王散组和联合组,每组各 50 例.归王散组采用归王散烫熨治疗,联合组在归王散组基础上联合颈椎保健操治疗,归王散组和联合组患者均持续治疗14 d.在治疗14 d后,比较两组患者的中医证候疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、肩颈症状评分.结果 治疗 14 d后,联合组患者中医证候疗效高于归王散组(P＜0.05);归王散组和联合组患者VAS评分均降低(P＜0.01),且联合组VAS评分低于归王散组(P＜0.01);归王散组和联合组患者颈椎病症状评分均升高(P＜0.01),且联合组颈椎病症状评分高于归王散组(P＜0.01).结论 归王散烫熨联合颈椎保健操治疗CSR能够提高患者中医证候疗效,减轻疼痛,改善肩颈症状.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of hot compress with Guiwang Powder combined with cervical spine exercises on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)in the patients with wind-cold-dampness syndrome.Methods A total of 100 CSR patients with wind-cold-dampness syndrome treated in the Haikou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomized into a Guiwang Powder(hot compress)group and a combination(hot compress with Guiwang Powder combined with cervical spine exercises)group by the random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.After 14 days of treatment,the efficacy on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,and shoulder and neck symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results The efficacy on TCM syndrome in the combination group was higher than that in the Guiwang Powder group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score declined in both groups(P<0.01),and the combination group had lower VAS score than the Guiwang Powder group(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of shoulder and neck symptoms increased in both groups(P<0.01),and the combination group had higher scores than the Guiwang Powder group(P<0.01).Conclusion Hot compress with Guiwang Powder combined with cervical spine exercises demonstrated improved efficacy on TCM syndrome and relieved the pain and shoulder and neck symptoms in the patients with CSR.
