推进中医院肺病学科建设的实践与思考

摘要
近几十年来,中医肺病学科建设在取得极大进展的同时,也面临诸多难点问题,距形成一门规范、系统、可持续发展的学科体系仍任重而道远.笔者所在团队从事中医肺病医、教、研工作已六十余年,为中医肺病学科建设做出许多积极探索.本文从传承守正、强调疗效、科研创新、衷中参西、医教协同、医德医风建设六个方面探讨中医肺病学科的建设发展思路.
Abstract
The recent years have witnessed remarkable progress in the pneumology of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).However,the development of this discipline faces a variety of difficulties and a standardized,systematic,and sustainable discipline system remains to be formed.Our team has been engaged in the medical treatment,education,and research of pulmonary diseases for over 60 years and made efforts for the development of pneumology of TCM.This paper discusses the development of pneumology of TCM from six aspects,including inheritance,clinical effect,scientific research and innovation,combination with Western medicine,medical education,and medical ethics.
