摘要
目的 分析中医药治疗原发性血小板增多症(ET)的用药规律.方法 通过检索中国知网、万方数据库收录的中医药治疗ET的组方,建立数据库,运用"中医传承计算平台系统(V3.0)"软件进行分析.结果 筛选处方 49 首,药物共计 177 味.频率最高的为川芎、当归、赤芍、桃仁、生地、红花、丹参、甘草.药性以寒、温、平为主;药味以甘、苦、辛为主;药物归经以肝、脾、心为主.基于关联规则得出高频药物核心组合有川芎-赤芍、川芎-红花、当归-桃仁、川芎-当归、桃仁-红花等;基于聚类算法得出 3 组潜在新方核心组合.结论 中药治疗ET主要以活血化瘀为主,兼顾清热凉血、扶正固本.
Abstract
Objective This paper aims to analyze the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of essential thrombocytopenia(ET).Methods By searching the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of ET collected by CNKI and Wanfang database,a database was established and analyzed by the software of"Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform system(V3.0)".Results A total of 49 prescriptions were selected,involving 177 drugs,and Ligusticum chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Semen Persicae,Radix Rehmanniae,Flos Carthami,Salvia miltiorrhiza,and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae had the highest frequency.The main medicinal properties were cold,warm,and flat,and the taste of medicine was sweet,bitter,and pungent.In addition,the meridians of the medicine were mainly liver,spleen,and heart.The core combinations of commonly used drugs were obtained based on association rules,including Ligusticum chuanxiong-Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Ligusticum chuanxiong-Flos Carthami,Angelica sinensis-Semen Persicae,Chuanxiong-Angelica sinensis,and Semen Persicae-Flos Carthami.Three groups of potential new core combinations were obtained based on the clustering algorithm.Conclusion The treatment of ET with traditional Chinese medicine mainly focuses on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat and cooling blood,and strengthening and consolidating body resistance.
