中医药治疗心肌梗死后心力衰竭的研究进展

摘要
心肌梗死(心梗)是心力衰竭(心衰)最常见的病因之一,在我国,心梗后心衰的发病率居高不下,防治心梗后心衰愈发成为心血管领域研究的焦点.目前,虽然心肌收缩力调节器、心肌肌球蛋白激动剂等西医治疗手段使得心衰患者的治疗与预后得到一定改善,但其最终结局仍不理想.随着中医学的不断发展,研究证实中医药在改善心梗后心衰患者的临床症状、心肌重构等方面具有独特优势.本文通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、PubMed、维普、万方等数据库自 2006-2023 年的文献,就心梗后心衰的中医药治疗进展进行综述,以期为临床中医药治疗心梗后心衰提供一定的参考.
Abstract
Myocardial infarction is one of the common causes of heart failure.The incidence of heart failure after myocardial infarction remains high in China.The prevention and treatment of heart failure after myocardial infarction has become the focus of cardiovascular research.Although Western medical therapies such as cardiac contractility modulators and cardiac myosin agonists can improve the prognosis of patients with heart failure to some extent,the final outcome is still not ideal.As traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)keeps progressing,studies have confirmed that TCM has unique advantages in mitigating clinical symptoms and myocardial remodeling in the patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction.Therefore,this article reviews the progress in TCM treatment of heart failure after myocardial infarction by retrieving the articles in this field from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),PubMed,VIP,and Wanfang Data with the time interval from 2006 to 2023,aiming to provide reference for the clinical practice.
