摘要
本文介绍陈晓虎教授从"气、郁、瘀"论治慢性心力衰竭(慢性心衰)伴焦虑抑郁经验.陈晓虎教授认为,心气不足、肝气郁结、血脉瘀阻为该病核心病机.其主张从益气健脾、疏肝解郁、活血通脉等方面进行辨证论治,并认为其属于"双心疾病"范畴,将安神作为主要治疗大法,形神同治,且不忘心理疏导,动静结合,实现"双心同治",从而获得更佳的疗效.附验案 1 则,以资佐证.
Abstract
This paper introduces Professor Chen Xiaohu's experience in treating chronic heart failure with anxiety and depression from qi,depression,and stasis.Professor Chen believes that the core pathogenesis of this condition lies in the deficiency of heart qi,the stagnation of liver qi,and the stasis and obstruction of vessels.He proposes the treatment methods of replenishing qi and invigorating the spleen,soothing the liver and relieving depression,and activating blood and dredging vessels based on syndrome differentiation.He believes that this condition falls within the category of cardiovascular diseases combined with mental disorders and emphasizes the use of tranquilizing the mind as the main therapeutic method.He suggests the treatment of both physical and mental aspects and not neglecting psychological counseling.Dynamic and static approaches can be combined to treat both cardiovascular diseases and mental disorders and thus achieve desired therapeutic effects.Furthermore,this paper reports the treatment of a case to exemplify the experience.
