摘要
马万千主任医师系北京市第四批老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,也是北京中医医院顺义医院的名老中医.马万千主任医师认为溃疡性结肠炎的核心病机是"正虚血瘀,湿热互结",病性为本虚标实,虚实夹杂,治疗原则为"补虚不留滞,化瘀清热",临证诊疗以肝脾同治、脾肾同调、内外兼治为主.本文对马万千主任医师治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床经验进行系统总结,与同仁共探讨.
Abstract
Chief physician Ma Wanqian is the tutor of the fourth batch of veteran experts of TCM in Beijing,and he is also a famous veteran doctor of TCM at Shunyi Hospital,Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Ma Wanqian believes that the core pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis is"weakened body resistance and blood stasis,and interaction of dampness and heat".The disease is characterized by asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality and intermingled deficiency and excess.The treatment principle is"tonifying deficiency without stagnation,removing blood stasis and clearing heat".Clinical diagnosis and treatment focus on the simultaneous treatment of the liver and spleen,simultaneous harmonization of the spleen and kidney,and internal and external treatment.In this paper,the clinical experience of chief physician Ma Wanqian in the treatment of ulcerative colitis was systematically summarized and discussed.
