摘要
多发性疣是临床上反复发作且具有传染性的一类疾病.陈明岭教授认为内因是脾气亏虚,外因是邪毒侵染肌表,致筋气不荣,气血凝滞,郁结难消而发为疣.内治以健脾益气、解毒散结,方用五味异功散加味;外治以腐蚀疣体、清热解毒、活血软坚,方用祛疣汤外洗.内外并治,能有效控制病情进展,防止复发,标本同治,临床疗效显著.
Abstract
Multiple warts are a contagious disease prone to recurrence.Professor Chen Mingling believes that the internal cause of this disease is spleen qi deficiency.Regarding the external cause,the infection of pathogenic toxins in the skin surface causes the qi loss of tendon and the stagnation of qi and blood,which results in warts.Accordingly,modified Wuwei Yigong Powder can be used for internal treatment,which aims to invigorate the spleen,replenish qi,detoxify,and dissipate mass.For external treatment,washing with Quyou Decoction can be used to corrode the warts,clear heat and detoxify,activate blood,and soften hardness.The internal and external treatment can curb the progression of the disease and prevent recurrence by targeting both the root cause and symptoms,demonstrating remarkable clinical effects.
