摘要
目的 分析复发性口腔溃疡患者采用清热疮汤的临床治疗效果.方法 选取 2022 年 1月—2023 年 3 月广州市番禺区南村镇社区卫生服务中心收治的 80 例复发性口腔溃疡患者,利用抽签法分为两组各 40 例.对照组采取常规西医治疗,观察组采用清热疮汤治疗.分别在治疗前后测定两组的中医证候积分(溃疡面积、红肿情况、疼痛程度)、炎症因子水平(肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-6),治疗后统计疗效指标(疼痛缓解时间、进食不受影响时间、治愈时间)、不良反应(腹泻/腹痛、头晕/头痛、皮疹)总发生率并进行对比.结果 观察组治疗后的中医证候积分、炎症因子水平低于对照组(P＜0.01),疗效指标优于对照组(P＜0.01),不良反应总发生率两组差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 清热疮汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡可以缓解不适症状,抑制炎症反应,提高临床疗效,且不良反应发生风险低,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Qingre Chuang Tang on the treatment of patients with recurrent oral ulcers.Methods A total of 80 patients with recurrent oral ulcers who were treated in Nancun Town Community Health Service Center,Panyu District,Guangzhou from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by lots,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine western medicine treatment,while the observation group received Qingre Chuang Tang treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores(ulcer area,redness and swelling,and pain degree),inflammatory factor levels(tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-2,and interleukin-6),statistical efficacy indicators after treatment(pain relief time,unaffected eating time,and cure time),and total incidence of adverse reactions(diarrhea/abdominal pain,dizziness/headache,and rash)of both groups were measured before and after treatment.Results The TCM syndrome score and inflammatory factor levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.01),and the efficacy indicators were better than those of the control group(P＜0.01).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Qingre Chuang Tang can relieve uncomfortable symptoms,inhibit inflammation,improve clinical efficacy,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers,with a low incidence of adverse reactions,and it is worth popularizing.
