针灸结合体外冲击波对脑卒中后肩关节疼痛的治疗观察

摘要
目的 研究针灸结合体外冲击波对于脑卒中后肩关节疼痛患者的治疗效果.方法 选取本院的脑卒中后肩痛患者 92 例,随机分为联合组、对照组.对照组行体外冲击波治疗,联合组行针灸联合体外冲击波治疗.两组患者皆连续治疗三周.用视觉模拟评分(VAS)评价疼痛水平,Fugl-Meyer Assessment量表(FMA)评价上肢运动功能,并结合以上两指标综合评价疗效.结果 两组患者经治疗后疼痛程度及上肢运动功能皆有显著改善(P＜0.05),且联合组VAS评分显著低于对照组,FMA评分显著高于对照组(P＜0.01).两组患者综合疗效差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),联合组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组.结论 针灸联合体外冲击波治疗脑卒中后肩关节疼痛较单用体外冲击波疗效更加显著,能进一步缓解患者疼痛,改善患者上肢运动功能.
Abstract
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave on patients with post-stroke shoulder pain.Methods A total of 92 patients with post-stroke shoulder pain admitted to the Shanghe Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and they were randomly divided into a combined group and a control group.The control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave,and the combined group was treated with acupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave.Patients in the two groups were treated for three weeks.The pain level was evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS),and the upper extremity motor function was evaluated by Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA).Combined with the above two indicators,the curative effects were evaluated.Results The pain level and upper extremity motor function of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P＜0.05),and the VAS score of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the FMA score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.01).There was statistical significance in the comprehensive curative effect between the two groups(P＜0.01).The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave is more effective than single extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder pain,which can further relieve pain and improve the upper extremity motor function of patients.
