摘要
基于《黄帝内经》中"阳化气,阴成形"理论浅析多脏器结节的共同发病机制.中医认为人体结节为有形之痰瘀,其病机关键为"阳虚阴结",因机体阳气亏虚,温煦推动乏力,以致气血痰水等邪气凝结于机体局部而成结节.虽然发病于多脏器,但其机理一致.故治疗上均可以以温阳为主,临证时因人因症辅以散结之法,温散相因,攻补兼施,多法并用,可获良效.本文可为论治多脏器结节提供思路.
Abstract
This paper analyzed the common pathogenesis of nodules in multiple organs based on the theory of"Yang transforms into Qi,while Yin takes shape"in the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that nodules in the human body are tangible phlegm and blood stasis,and the key pathogenesis is the"Yang deficiency and Yin constipation".Due to the deficiency of the body's Yang Qi and the lack of power in promoting warmth,evil Qi such as Qi,blood,phlegm,and water condense in local areas of the body,forming nodules.Although it occurs in multiple organs,its mechanism is consistent.Therefore,in terms of treatment,the main method can focus on warming Yang.In the face of symptoms,the method of dispersing the nodules should be supplemented according to patients'conditions.Warming Yang and dispersing nodules should be combined,and tonification and purgation effects should be highlighted simultaneously.Multiple methods can be used together to achieve good results.This article can provide ideas for the treatment of nodules in multiple organs.
