基于体质调理通调三焦治疗小儿自闭症的理论探讨

摘要
三焦为人体气机枢纽,功在通达.三焦通畅,气化有常,则精神乃治.本篇探讨用三焦理论解读自闭症谱系障碍,提出三焦失调、神机失用是小儿自闭症的病机关键,临床上以通调三焦为基本治疗原则,取上、中、下焦三部穴位为主,配合头部穴位和小儿推拿特定穴,采用中医特色外治联合疗法使三焦通畅、神机得养,能明显改善自闭症患儿核心症状并提升其整体体质,可为临床治疗小儿自闭症提供新的方向.
Abstract
Triple energizer is the hub of qi movement in the human body.The normal function of triple energizer ensures the regular qi movement and normal mental activity.This paper discusses the autism spectrum disorder with the theory of triple energizer and points out that the disorder of triple energizer and dysfunction of vital activity are the key causes of autism in children.In clinical practice,the treatment of this disease should follow the basic principle of regulating triple energizer by massage of acupoints in the upper,middle,and lower energizer,together with the acupoints on the head.The combination with characteristic external treatment in traditional Chinese medicine can make triple energizer unobstructed and ensure the vital activity,which can alleviate the major symptoms and improve the physical constitution of diseased children,providing a new direction for clinical treatment of autism in children.
