摘要
白癜风是一种获得性皮肤黏膜色素脱失性皮肤病,因其发病机制暂不明确且复发率高成为临床难治性皮肤病之一.本文通过立足"肾为先天之本"的中医藏象理论,从白癜风的病因病机、辨证论治、瘥后防复 3 个方面探讨此理论在白癜风诊治上的应用,以期为临床治疗及后续研究提供有益参考.
Abstract
Vitiligo is an acquired mucocutaneous depigmentation skin disease and has become one of the clinical refractory skin diseases due to its unclear pathogenesis and high recurrence rate.Based on the theory of"kidney is the innate foundation",this study discusses the application of this theory in the diagnosis and treatment of vitiligo from three aspects:the etiology and pathogenesis of vitiligo,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and the prevention and relapse of the disease,aiming to provide a useful reference for clinical treatment and follow-up research.
