升陷定喘汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期经验浅析

摘要
"大气"是中医论治疾病的重要理论之一.本文通过探讨"大气理论"与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的相关性,从"大气"的生理功能、病因病机、临床表现及应用等方面分析COPD稳定期的治疗.在升陷汤的基础上,结合临床经验,制定升陷定喘汤,并从组方分析升陷定喘汤的功效,结合门诊病案,对其治疗COPD稳定期的经验作一浅析.
Abstract
"Da Qi"is one of the most important theories of traditional Chinese medicine in treating diseases.This paper discussed the correlation between"Da Qi theory"and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in a stable period and analyzed the treatment of COPD in a stable period from the aspects of physiological function,etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,and application.On the basis of Shengxian Dingchuan Decoction and clinical experience,the treatment scheme of Shengxian Dingchuan Decoction was formulated,and its curative effect was analyzed from the formula.With the help of outpatient medical records,the experience in the treatment of COPD in a stable period was analyzed.
