摘要
通过整理《针灸大成》中有关大敦穴的文献记载,探析其中大敦穴的穴位定位、刺法灸法和临床应用等方面的规律,以期为临床使用大敦穴治疗疾病提供一定的参考.大敦穴作为足厥阴肝经首穴,也是足厥阴肝经井穴,不仅能治疗肝胆系疾病,还能治疗井穴所主的神志疾患,具有醒脑开窍之奇效.书中部分篇章也明确指出大敦穴在疾病治疗中的重要性.《针灸大成》中关于大敦穴主治证候的记载较多,但通过总结可归纳为不省人事、头晕、疝气、腹痛、前阴病、血崩等.杨继洲在书中虽对大敦穴进行了较为详尽的记载,但在临床运用大敦穴时还需要根据疾病的不同情况,灵活变通地选择针刺和艾灸方法、补泻手法及配伍腧穴等.
Abstract
We reviewed the records about Dadun(LR1)in the Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion(Zhen Jiu Da Cheng)to mine the rules of positioning,acupuncture and moxibustion methods,and clinical application of this acupoint,aiming to provide a reference for the clinical application of Dadun(LR1)in the treatment of diseases.Dadun(LR1),as the first acupoint and well point of the foot reverting yin liver meridian,can be applied to the treatment of not only hepatobiliary diseases but also mental diseases related to the well point,showing the effect of inducing resuscitation.Some chapters in the book have pointed out the importance of Dadun(LR1)in the treatment of diseases.The book records multiple symptoms that can be treated by Dadun(LR1),which can be summarized as unconsciousness,dizziness,hernia,abdominal pain,external genitalia diseases,and metrorrhagia.Although the author Yang Jizhou has detailed Dadun(LR1)in this book,the acupuncture and moxibustion methods,reinforcement and reduction methods,and the acupoints used in combination with Dadun(LR1)should be flexibly selected according to different disease conditions in clinical practice.
